- How many people are expected to attend?
- We're expecting between 500 and 600 attendees.
- I don't have PayPal, can I still pay?
- Not a problem. On the right side of the PayPal payment screen, you can simply click on the option to checkout using your credit card. If you prefer to mail in your payment or call in your credit card information you can do that as well (see contact info below).
- Why am I receiving payment errors while registering?
- Many are caused by ZIP codes that do not match the billing address. Please double-check if you get a credit card error. For other problems email us at email@example.com or call 757-221-6641 (M-F, 8:30AM-5PM ET). Don’t worry, your info is recorded and any specials will be credited to you if there is an error during non-office hours.
- How do I register one person?
- Enter your registration information and then you will have the choice between paying with a credit card, PayPal, by phone or by being invoiced (net 30).
- How do I register a group?
- You will be shown a registration form for each member of your group, after which you will then be prompted to enter information about the individual responsible for the group registration, and then you will have the choice between paying with credit card, PayPal, by phone or being invoiced (net 30).
- How are discounts applied?
- The early bird and group discounts are applied automatically. Group discounts appear as an overall discount on each registrant's individual rate. If you have questions about this rate please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or 757.221.6641.
- Can I pay over the phone?
- First register online and we will call you during normal business hours (M-F, 9 to 5 ET) for your credit card information. Feel free to call us at 757-221-6641 to make a payment.
- Can I be invoiced?
- After registering, select Invoice as the payment method and we will email you an invoice. Payment is due within 30 days or by March 1st, whichever is earliest.
- I'm a reporter, can I have access to the conference?
- Please use this form to apply for conference access.
- My company is a current client of Borrell Associates, can we get a discount?
- Yes. Clients and subscribers are provided a unique coupon code for a discount. Please contact us if you have not received your code.
- Will there be time to network with attendees?
- Networking is an important part of any conference, and we've built in ample time between the sessions for private discussions and visits to the vendor floor. In addition, we're planning a two cocktail receptions, one on Monday night and one on Tuesday night.
A refund (less an administration fee of $200) will be made if notice of cancellation is received up to four weeks before the event. We regret that no refund will be given after this period. If a cancellation results in the loss of a discount, the refund will be based on the adjusted price for the remaining attendees. Substitutions are welcome at any time, but you must contact us to advise us of changes.
