We fielded our standard Borrell Business Barometer questions and found attitudes toward the economy still quite low, but improving since last spring. The report covers how SMBs plan to adjust ad budgets in the coming months, what's top of mind when it comes to advertising, and when they foresee an end to the pandemic's impact.
